You can clip Para Koopa's through semisolids

Describe the bug When you stomp a Para Koopa from very low down, it can end up below a semisolid that is underneath him (her? idk Koopa pronouns).

To Reproduce Step 1: Go to room 4 Step 2: Locate the Para Koopa Step 3: Stomp the Para Koopa on the very lowest point and it will spawn the normal Koopa below the seesaw platform

Expected behavior It should just spawn on top of the platform and not below
