delete crafting recipe for railcraft steam oven

deletes the railcraft steam oven recipe, as the Hearth will replace it.

we should deprecate boiler in rc first (custom tooltips) and remove recipe in 2.10. thoughts ?

removing recipe sounds good for 2.9. It would still work for people that have it.

the replacement multi was not in 2.8 so it might be better waiting one version for daiable it.

I think this should pass for 2.9. Steam Hearth will replace it, it won't be disabled/removed from the game until 2.10, just uncraftable to prepare people for the transition. That's like a year of preparation time.
