This is a bias request for a discussion on improving the eu output of the solar tower.
Your Goal
Now it is well known that the solar tower is a meme due to its high costs and poor output relative to that.
However, I am going to briefly state what the costs are,
the output of a perfectly setup tower and the complexity around this setup.
- Costs: The main costs are the reflectors at 320 it is 1280 hv circuits, 680 hv motors and 1280 titanium ingots to name a few standouts. There is also the costs of the infrastucture required to consume the superheated steam with the large heat exchangers and high pressure turbines. Along with the ongoing costs of turbines.
Finally there is also the understated cost of land requirements since this mutliblock takes up a rather large 60 block length and 30 blocks tall.

Power output: The Solar tower outputs currently 42,200 superheated steam a tick for about 2 amps of luv with 100% efficacy turbines.

Complexity: The setup for the solar tower in IV requires the player to either solve the math equation on the tooltip or manually measure out how much heat is incurred every 10 seconds. Then setup a system to input that amount into the tower and only that amount.
This automation will then ensure that the heat is perfectly stable at 50,000 for the max output of hot coolant. There is also added complexity with overworld due to the solar aspect of the tower stopping all heat generation.
Finally there will need to be a magical aspect involved with a dynamism tablet as the tower will completely turn off if a single maintenance issue occurs which is more likely due to its 24/7 operation.
Your Vision
Now why bother updating this power generation option?
Simply put this is a massive mutliblock due to the size and relative complexity in the pack. It is a visual standout and is comparable to other mega's at the tier that it is obtainable in.
However, unlike the other mega's this mutliblock has everything going for it. Complexity, expensive nature, large and unique visual structure.
All failing at the final point of output.

If i review the vision for the pack it is clear that this mutliblock hits the first power metric clearly with complexity and challenge. Has zero byproducts and in small case is not renewable due to turbine durability.
