Hibeescus doesn't seem to produce Marshy bees/drones/princesses

The Hibeescus should emit all spawnable forestry bees

The Reality

Marshy bees seem to be curiously absent from the drop list. Even exotic non-vanilla flavours do spawn with some regularity

Your Proposal

Check if something can be done about it / if the RNG is set up correctly and doesn't have some off-by-one error.
