Changing the NEI for at least gas turbines, not sure about other ones

Your Goal

We got things like benzene can't be used in XL gas turbines anymore at some point and it should be better understandable from looking at NEI So imo we should have maybe another tab for like all turbines that can't use the same inputs

Here we see that XL turbo gas turbines should be able to use benzene but they don't I'm not sure about which turbine can use which kind of fuel but it should be an easy fix to expand the fuel tabs in NEI so they are correct and easier understandable, especially for people that plan on something and will be badly surprised, that it won't work then

Add minimum a XL gas turbine tab in NEI, if needed more for other kind of power generators
