If u use a chisel on an obsidian block by clicking it in the world, u can change it to the version of obsidian with a lower mining level, thus skipping the steelhead for the mining pick requirement.

The Reality

Your Proposal

Change all chiseled obsidian versions to the same mining level to prevent this exploit.
