World edit not working with Endless IDs, world from newer version, and World Edit //replacenear 200 <newer version block id> <et futurium's block for that newer block>

Weird bug I discovered with my modpack, can't seem to use EIDs to replace NEIDs, the command worked without EIDs modpack link: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/ragecraft-modded-war

command ran for worldedit: //replacenear 200 191 947

what happened: replaced 0 blocks with EIDs

replaced 118 blocks with NEIDs

I have no idea what caused this. I have no idea why this happened.
