[Bug]: BuildCraft Energy Crashes on Startup

Description

Crashes on startup--only after EndlessIDs and ChunkAPI is installed. All dependencies are present.

Send the entire game log (fml_client_latest.log)

I restarted Minecraft and reproduced the error. Here are the results:

Note that there is no fml_client_latest.log present in my logs folder. It looks like the latest.log file has all of the forge debug logs within it.
