newest update seems to have broken compatibility with V31 of ChromatiCraft, when it says (or implies, at least) that only V32 should be broken. advice?

Ah, correction, the new update breaks with all reika mod versions below "V32 with-the-upstream-fix", you need to use an older release of EndlessIDs for v31
