PerpendicularFrames for closed NurbsCurve.

  • Currently PerpendicularFrames does not minimize the rotation between the last and first frame on a closed curve.
  • Can probably use Minimizer to optimize rotation of first frame in order to minimize rotation between last and first frames.

Could be an idea to have also an option to constrain the frame to a particular direction?
