This is to keep track of issues and solutions we find that may recur and which can be shared with other users

Error log should ideally include details on:

• How the issue was identified
• The cases in which the issue is applicable
• Solutions, e.g. currently available, in progress, etc.
• The amount of time between issue identification and resolution
