When incoming call is muted, then ringtone volume resets to 100%
Describe the bug
When you mute an incoming call from Gnome's notification window (the call is muted properly), then after the call has ended the ringtone volume on the smartphone is always resetted to 100%.
Could also be an upstream bug, because of this issue.
Steps to reproduce
- mute an incoming call
- wait until call ends
- check you volume settings to see that ringtone volume is at 100%
Expected behavior
Ringtone volume level should be unaffected by the muting.

This seems most likely to be an upstream bug. As far as I know, there is no way to control the ringer volume remotely.
It's a bug in the Android application!
