Breadcrumb - add option for Home icon

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The current implementation of the Breadcrumb displays "Home" as the first item in the list. Update the component so that a home icon can be displayed. The following CMS website is a good example: image

Describe the solution you'd like

A toggle-able element which changes "Home" to 🏠 . Utilize the new uswdsSvgIcon component and render the "home" icon that ships with USWDS
