One request made was: "I would like to see vendors also provide documentation for making what is produced by their products/services accessible."

We could potentially add a field to allow for links to supporting documentation. documenting accommodation processes & timeframes for addressing known barriers would be great. That's likely down the road though.

This is a correct - our field often documents software conformance where we need to document the level of conformance of the product itself and remarks and separately level of support and remarks for the content it produces like PDF, email, etc. This is pretty common in ACRs from companies - Adobe has examples on the ACR library of how they list that.
