@mara-goldberg Can you take a look at this?

Hey @saracope - It looks like that YouTube video doesn't exist. I don't see any videos on our YouTube channel that include the word "Hallway," so I'm not sure which video it is supposed to link to. Alex and I also searched the invalid link on https://web.archive.org/ and got no results. The videos currently on the channel that at least include "Usability Testing" are listed below. Do you think it could be one of these? Or should we just remove the link from the page?

  1. Usability Testing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j2Sidt7yEwU
  2. Think-Aloud Protocols for Website Usability Testing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kiJwXv6y6sEUsability Testing with Steve Krug: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6fjn1Zz3lMU
  3. Teaching Digital Skills: Learning Usability Testing by Peer Training: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nobgPaAYkgU

Let me know what you think and if there's anything I'm missing here. Thanks!

No idea. If the ones you found are good and relevant, I think they can be swapped out. Thanks.

@saracope -- After further review of the 4 videos, I think this one is the most relevant. We can remove the "Hallway" part and say it's simply an "Introduction to Usability Testing," which makes more sense anyways, considering the page is a general usability starter kit. Does that work for you? If so, I'll go ahead and make the edit.
