How to reproduce

1. Visit https://catalog.data.gov/report/metrics-dashboard/cdip-ucsd-edu

Update the report/view.html file in GSA/ckanext-metrics_dashboard (old) (new)

Additional Notes

I'm not fully confident that this will solve the issue. It seemed suspect enough to make an issue about it. I didn't feel like spinning up CKAN on my own to test this. If it doesn't fix it, this is relatively unimportant, at least it will be documented if it becomes something worth picking up.

Two other oddities:

• I don't know if the side bar ever had anything, but it seems weird being blank and all.
• When you click on an actual harvest source, the navigation bar should update to have that name, but it doesn't change at all (again, not super important to fix, just noting)
