the crash analysis is inactive when enable hardware crash analysis

simple to enable hardware crash analysis option, the crash analysis is not work.but disable this is ok. enable error is: Failed to update enhanced crash info config [472 DirectX 12] Failed to initialize client for API DirectX 12

env window11 gpu rx 7900 xtx rgd version v1.4

Driver info
