OCAT will trigger Radeon software UI display corruption

when OCAT and Radeon both launched, part of the Radeon software UI display will turn transparent and OCAT overlay appears on the Radeon software UI panel.

After OCAT closed the transparent section still remain on the UI panel OCAT Affect Radeon UI Panel (2) OCAT Affect Radeon UI Panel
