Missing symbol for CMP_CreateMipSet and CMP_GenerateMIPLevelsEx

Linking with the new libs (latest version tested is 4.5.52, DLL libraries) will give me errors:

unresolved external symbol CMP_GenerateMIPLevelsEx and unresolved external symbol CMP_CreateMipSet

Linking with the static library instead, it seems fine. Is this a known problem, or perhaps the dynamic link ones are no longer supported?
