gpu doesnt appear

rx series is listed in the compatibility list of prorender but it doesnt appear in the settings and cant use it. ( it's rx 580) image

Did you ever get this sorted out? I don't know why it doesn't appear for you but I wanted to confirm rx 580's do work and I have used one with ProRender Maya since 2020 and it has always been automatically recognized. What ProRender, OSX and maya version are you using?

im sorry i dont have the card anymore, i had it traded in for a nvidia one, i was using windows and maya 2022, the card was amd rx 580 sapphire.
