Quest link frame stuttering on recording with relive.

Hello, I've been having an issue with Quest link on Quest 2. specifically where I would use relive. The cable I bought is fine I've tried three different cables and all produce the same bug. What would happen is the frame would stutter every time I try to record using quest link, however on air link the frame would be normal/fine regardless if im recording using relive or not.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Quest 2 updated to the latest version
2. Plug the quest 2 on usb 3.0
3. On the quest, connect to via the quest link
4. On the quest navigate through amd relive and start recording either full screen or locally.

• OS: Windows 11 Professional
• Headset Quest 2
• Driver Version 23.4.1
• ReLive version the one that comes with 23.4.1
• GPU 6800 xt
