Win10 Guest OS crash after installing drivers

I am trying to use AMD s7150x2 on proxmox 6.3. I have used flumm's version of the driver #24 pull request. I was able to successfully compile the driver and I can pass through the whole chip itself i.e when I don't initialize the VF's.

Although when I create the virtual functions by initializing the GIM driver the Windows 10 guest crashes after the driver is installed. It always shows a BSOD on startup. I've used the latest version of windows 10 (2004).
