Here is the FidelityFX-SDK for DX11 It had FSR3 Upscaler and Frame Interpolation. (NO DXGISwapchain)

- [x] 16bit RCAS for FSR2
- [x] 16bit RCAS for FSR3 Upscaler
- [x] 16bit SPD for FSR3 Frame Interpolation
- [x] 16bit SPD for FSR3 Optical Flow
And I want to know why the FSR2 / FSR3 haven't any fp16 optimized shaders?
