[Question]: How do I use multi-HW instance encoder mode or split frame encoding?

Yes, documentation needs to be updated, will ask for it. Multi-instance/split frame is available for HEVC and controlled by AMF_VIDEO_ENCODER_HEVC_MULTI_HW_INSTANCE_ENCODE. Note: that currently it will work for CQP bitrate control mode only and for resolutions >=4K. The internal restrictions may change over time.
