There is no proper way to know if a gpu is overclocked 100% of the time

I'm currently trying to check if a gpu is overclocked and there is no way to compare the current settings with the default values.

The function IsAtFactory could help me know if the settings were changed, but from my testing changes made not on Adrenalin (I used Afterburner) are not detected by this function.

The functions using the auto tuning interface only works if the overclock was done using auto tuning profiles inside Adrenalin

Using the manual tuning interfaces doesn't work because I can't compare with the factory settings. I would have to reset the gpu to factory, compare with the previous and then set it back to what it was.

I am using a Radeon RX 5500 XT with Adrenalin 22.11.2

Same problems with a Radeon RX 580 and Radeon RX 6750 XT
