New Scene: Cornell Box & Spheres

This branch introduces a new scene with 1000 spheres semi-randomly distributed in a Cornell Box. This scene runs at 15.92 fps on a stock RX 6800.

I get 47 fps on the RTX 3090 FE using this command line: RayTracer.exe --benchmark --width 2560 --height 1440 --fullscreen --scene 1 --present-mode 0

I got to ~20fps on my RX 6800 XT with full performance GPU profile tweaks. Well AMD is quite behind NVIDIA when it comes to ray tracing IMHO
