about FPS

Thank you for this nice work. But I have a question about the FPS: Is the FPS got in half-precision(FP16) or in full-precision(FP32) ?

@ruinmessi Table 1 in your paper indicates that your result is in Coco Val-2017, but your result is in Coco Test-2017
