v3.0.0 alpha 3 - No header menu on controller menu

If I go to the project menu there is a header menu that allows me to move back to one of the other menus. On the controller page this doesn't show up.

This is on purpose because you can have multiple controllers on this page so going back to a specific project does not make much sense

I'm not sure i'm following. If I navigated here shouldn't the menu still be there? Just so its clear I highlighted what i'm talking about. Doesn't that menu bar show up on all pages except the controller page? If that is what you're talking about then i'm not getting it.
