Not sure which repo is the best place for this.

I have tested the error presented by the OP in community post. Also affecting GNS3 version 2.2.33.1, tested with Linux bare metal server and client (Web UI running on Windows 10 H2).

When attempting to start a packet capture from the Web UI with the Webclient-pack installed, the capture fails. Wireshark does start, but does not capture anything. An error is presented from "tail.exe" that the file cygintl-8.dll was not found.

I originally installed the Webclient-pack along with the Desktop UI, error occurred as detailed above and in community post. Reinstalled webclient-pack via the installer from the repo release page, same error.
