gns3-restore installs unstable dev version even if stable channel is set

Hello,

system specs

GNS3: 2.2.11
GNS3VM: 2.2.11 on Hyper-V conf-version 9.3 (nested virtualization enabled)
OS: Windows 10 Insider build 20180.1000
CPU: AMD Ryzen 1700

After several failed attempts to connect to the vm via gui, I did a restore using the VM menu BUT the restore process installed a gns3 server unstable dev version into my vm and now I'm also unable to connect to my vm via GUI because it says:

Failed to connect to GNS3VM (GNS3VM): GNS3 version 2.2.11 is not the same as the GNS3 VM version 2.2.12dev1. Please Upgrade the GNS3 VM

Now VM Info looks like this:

I tried to set the stable channel again and run an upgrade to 2.2.11 but this also results in 2.2.12dev1.

How can I perform a downgrade from unstable 2.2.12dev1 to stable 2.2.11?
