Read-only projects

Hi guys, thanks for all your hard work!

I could have sworn there was an existing feature request for read-only projects, but I can't find it anywhere.

Now that GNS3 has save-as-you-go, the need for projects to revert back to a preset state when closed has never been greater.

You want something like rollback to a snapshot when you close the project right?
