When data displays get very large, independently movable and scrollable panes start to get rather necessary. Should be able to move the panes independently, or link them so that they automatically maintain a contained-in relationship.

A given display pane will also need to be able to be set to render only the regions that have features in a certain track.

By default, displays should be linked, with Overview -> Region -> Detail zoom levels.
