Track label bug

  • JBrowse version - [1.15.4]
  • Web browser being used - latest google chrome
  • Operating system if relevant - os mojave

As per the above image the track label incorrectly notes 'per 20,000 bp' when the histogram isn't being displayed.

Error created by zooming into 50k bp histo and then zooming to 90-95% of the visible window using zoom to region. 20kb histo disappears but the label does not change at the same time.

@Tom-Shorter are you seeing this mostly in tracks that are made with flatfile-to-json.pl, or with Tabix tracks, or other?

I saw this on tracks made with flatfile-to-json.pl, I haven't tried with the other track import methods.
