Improve usability of the "Open sequence" dialog

I think that the "Open sequence" dialog for jbrowse desktop is a little confusing. It can be hard to figure out how to fill out the form.

At the very least, a small data sanitation could be used. Issues like https://github.com/GMOD/jbrowse-components/discussions/4069 are likely due to putting a large FASTA file in the FAI field
