Add ability to add tracks via a full configuration editor

The add track widget tries to optimize the user experience for adding a track, but it may be useful to have an option for the 'add track form' or similar to access a full configuration editor. Maybe you would edit an adapter config, and add it to a specific track type as a simplifying assumption?
