Using + testing Flyway with Tripal

Now that we have automated testing in #143 and Tripal is discussing how to use/access the migrations already available (https://github.com/tripal/tripal/issues/1876), it would be good to have automated testing focused on ensuring these migrations work on a non-public schema. Furthermore, this could act as a template for how Tripal users can access these migrations.
