Data from "Steam Chat Images" won't show

Hey I have tried deleting my Cloud Data from the App "Steam Chat Images" which has the AppID 744350. It just gives me "0/2147483647 bytes used", no error nothing. It does show as "Owned" in SteamDB, so it should work? I also tried "Steam Chat Images Contents" .

Is it not possible to delete uploaded images in steam chat? It's already been two weeks and there are still images from july in there.

Other apps won't work either. It all just gives me a blank "0/xxxx bytes used".

Those items may be UGCs rather than Steam Cloud files. They do not show up as Steam Cloud files. For other games, if they use auto-cloud, those files also do not show under Steam Cloud files but will take up storage space.
