update script will erase all files on /var/www

untar update.zip on /tmp/update chmod u+x /tmp/update/updater run updater as root connexion not found -> removed everything on /var/www

the update script prints a list of the files found in the location it believes is the directory the scanner server was installed to to verify the location is correct also it does not delete everything it will not delete the scans or config folder where do you get 'connection not found' from
