Problem starting the docker image

It tries to run run.sh and get this error 2023-01-04 23:41:59 ops-api | run.sh: line 5: syntax error near unexpected token elif' '023-01-04 23:41:59 ops-api | run.sh: line 5: elif [[ ! -z "$INIT_DB" ]]; then

I assume something is not setup correctly, but what have I been missing?
