delete duplicate attribute

it seems like there are currently two building count attributes that do the same thing (House Number Address and House Number). One of the two should be deleted.

I can confirm that the two attributes addr-housenumber and housenumber are duplicates. addr-housenumber is newer and was added with #810 //cc @Gigaszi was that on purpose?

i added them from a list provided by BKG. But if they are the same, we should delete one
