RDA error: Problem connecting to database. Can't connect to MySQL server on 'rda-db.ucar.edu:3306' (113).

Describe the bug I installed a GIS4WRF plug-in in QGIS. This plug-in requires me to connect to the NCAR RDA server, which requires my account and password. I only see login through a third party on the website. After logging in through ORCID, I I couldn't find my account and password in the file. I tried my email and password on ORCID, and also tried the username and ORCID password I was asked to set on RDA, but I couldn't connect to the server. Hi @dmey, we are running into the same issue, the urls probably changed. Is this still in active development?
