Youtube Restricted Mode is on

is there a way to turn off youtube restricted mode which is on by dns default settings? this prevents from watching some videos on youtube refreshing page and rerun script doesnt help

this is my question too i still have no idea why in some isp videos plays normally and in some others not. its related to google CORS headers. hit F12 and see it in console i have no solution yet.
