Preparatory work for fractures + wells

For now, assuming wells are not directly connected to the fractures.

In this version, only SinglePhasePoromechanicsConformingFracturesReservoir solver can run, although I am having hard time to build a well-behaving example. Other versions of solvers with wells are drafted but commented out for now.

Added general version updateConfiguration and few related functions into CoupledSolver and realized that SinglePhasePoromechanicsEmbeddedFractures was missing updateConfiguration completely. Now all corresponding cases fail and one (SlipPermeability_pEDFM_smoke) can not finish. Need to figure out what to do with that.

Added poromechanics initialization for contact solver.

Side things:

• clean up catalogName a bit and add default template types to avoid too long nested definitions
• setMGRStrategy
