[Bug] Compilation error ENABLE_SCOTCH to OFF

Describe the bug Compilation error with set(ENABLE_SCOTCH OFF CACHE BOOL "" FORCE)

To Reproduce add set(ENABLE_SCOTCH OFF CACHE BOOL "" FORCE) to your host-config file

Expected behavior Should compile

Platform (please complete the following information):

  • Machine laptop
  • Compiler: gcc 12.2.0
  • GEOSX Version: develop branch
