[Feature] Output for OBL runs - secondary dof(s) and other physical parameters

OBL run outputs only primary dof(s) and rock details. It should also output secondary dof(s) and other physical parameters such as phase densities, phase saturations, mole fractions in each phase etc., as done in conventional runs.

Output field needs to be accordingly populated for vtkOutput or siloOutput, i.e. values need to be assigned to corresponding physical parameters.
