[Docs] Point Windows users to good installation options

We should add some brief documentation to our QuickStart and/or BuildGuide to point new Windows users to good options for installation (e.g. WSL or docker) to avoid headaches associated with a native Windows build.

I don't have Windows 😉 🤷 It's been the case for ~20 years (except powerpoint or mails)!

I have. I was actually trying to build some install instruction for it without using WSL. The possibility of using WSL should make the process way easier :crossed_fingers: (hopefully)

The problem when building GEOSX without WSL is that you need to solve the issues for all our TPLs. We have no grip on this.

I think Jaewoo (cannot find a github account) did compile on WSL. He could surely help!

docker is the way to go here imo.
