Visual block

Add a block for visualization. This should be like a QML component that is associated with a block and the user can define the visual appearance in a qml file and create the bindings with CAN information. This should be like the panels in CANoe - useful to create dasboards and control panels.

Great idea. I believe that #149 will also give some possibility to greate GUI in Python, but having generic components that is able to load custom QML sounds even better.
