New extension: Electric arc painter

Description

Noise extension is needed for this extension to work!

This extension allows to draw electric arcs using noise generation on a shape painter for visual effects.

You can do things like:

• A lightning trail for your characters.
• Flashy visual effects for impactful moments.
• Better looking environment hazards.
• Electrifying explosion effects.

How to use the extension

Firstly, the extension requires the noise generation extension, so install it onto your project to make this one work.

Add the behavior to a shape painter and then you can draw the electric arc with the actions inside, to make it flashier you have to make a variable that acts as the "Seed" which you can use to determine the generation of the lightning line, along with the variation parameters and thickness.
