New extension: Start and stop rotating object events

Description

This extension adds the following events:

• Start rotating object (Makes an object rotate until it is stopped with the "Stop rotating object" event)
• Stop rotating object (Only works if the rotation was started using the "Start rotating object" event)

These events can only be used on objects with the "Start and stop rotating object events" behavior.

How to use the extension

If you put the behavior with the same name as the extension on any object you can use events to make it start and stop rotating (Like with permanent forces but it makes objects spin).
