Gamepad (controllers) - not working on Macbook

Describe the bug of the extension

After updating GDevelop and the extension, we cannot get it working. Have tried changing the gamepad id, opening other demos etc. but it just doesn't work.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create project on Mac
2. Add gamepad functionality
3. Run game

GDevelop platform

Desktop, Web

GDevelop version

5.3.186

Platform info

Macbook Pro 10.15.7 Both online and GDevelop app fails.
